Employee Engagement

​​The more engaged employees are, the more successful the company is...period. We can help you drive drastic and sustained improvement in your employee engagement levels. In addition, we can help you implement a continuous improvement (C.I.) process whereby improving engagement becomes a cultural attribute of your company. Employee Engagement should not be managed as a one time program or an annual "event". We prescribe Employee Engagement via a set of simple and repeatable practices, cultural improvements, and leadership training to help strengthen "People Management" skills. Your number one asset is your people and helping you better manage that asset is what we excel at. Our methods will help you improve hiring, casting, managing under-performing or disengaged employees, and building trust between employees and their managers. You probably measure Employee Engagement levels, but do you really know the root causes behind disengagement? To that end we have developed a 14 question employee survey that supplements your engagement measurement tool of choice. Our "Job Experiences Survey" will help identify the root causes of disengagement. We identify the issues both at the enterprise and manager levels which are contributing to disengagement.

Leadership Development

​​Our Leadership Development philosophy is to strengthen leadership skills which are most applicable to the goals at hand.  Both the company and the leaders should benefit, otherwise what's the point? Every leader that we coach and train has a unique curriculum designed to help them achieve their corporate goals. Our Leadership Academy can be at an individual level, or for groups up to 10. Have you invested in your Leaders and their success? Every leader has exposures. Nobody is perfect. We can help identify opportunity areas and assist with improved decision-making, better communications, stronger change management skills, higher engagement scores (people management), developing stronger relationships, and more.
